iOS SDK lets you develop applications for the iPad and iPhone / iPod Touch. iPhone SDK includes a set of tools Xcode 3.2.5, compilers, emulators, and frameworks to build applications for iOS 4.2 (iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch) and Mac OS X. Among other things, these tools include the Xcode IDE and analytical tools.
What's new:
- IOS SDK 4.2 now supports iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad;
- Support for printing of UIKit in iOS 4.2. The ability to easily print documents and images over the network;
- Game Center. The achievement system, prizes, and other multiplayer game interaction and meryaniya "between players, which is likely, as mi minimum, much to press the other gaming systems for iOS devices;
- Language Supplement. Arabic, Greek and other languages you need and keyboard;
- Use famous LLVM compiler and LLVM GCC (debugger)

And for added detail:
- Add a menu item "Upgrade Current Target for iPad ..." to convert to a universal application
- Auto-provisioning for new devices
- Base SDK in the project can be set as "Latest iOS"
- Now the project template "Window-based Application" can create universal application (for iPhone and iPad)
- A new static code analyzer
- Errors resulting from the compilation is now saved and restored after restart
- A new "Quick Help" opportunity - an opening documentation replacing Research Assistant
- New Developer Documentation window shows the search results into categories making it easy to navigate and view search results
- It has become easier to add bibleotek (frameworks) to the project
- The code editor now works in a mode "Edit All In Scope" editing all instances of the same code in different windows
- Build Settings can now be configured for different combinations of architecture and SDK
- Fixed several bugs and improved stability
